These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BoreGame (https://www.boregame.com). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What BoreGame provides
BoreGame offers free browser games and related guides, FAQs, and leaderboards. Some titles run directly on our pages; others load through third-party HTML5 distribution partners. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time.
Acceptable use

Accounts and leaderboards
Most games do not require an account. If you submit a leaderboard score, you are responsible for the player name you enter. We may remove scores or names that are abusive, misleading, or appear to be automated spam.
Third-party games and links
Embedded games, videos, and outbound links may be operated by third parties. Their content, ads, and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies. BoreGame is not responsible for third-party services, though we try to work with reputable distribution partners.
Intellectual property
BoreGame site design, copy, and original game integrations are owned by us or our licensors. Game names, characters, and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. Open-source and partner games are credited on their game pages where applicable. Do not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit site content without permission.
Disclaimers
The site and games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Browser games may behave differently across devices, networks, and browser versions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoreGame and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero for free access).
Termination
