How to play Back
Twenty problems a day, each a number and four lines of arithmetic of the same shape, exactly one of which makes the number, climbing from the times tables to brackets, squares, percentages, roots and two-digit products in five rounds of four.
- Wrong lines are chosen to come close, including lines that only work when read left to right.
- A wrong answer, or a twenty-second clock at zero, ends the run, and every problem cleared is a point.
- Everyone plays the same twenty in the same order each day.
